Totalsports Pathetic service.

I ordered online on the 30 November 2020 and till date I have NOT received anything. That is almost 4 weeks waiting for my goods, Totalsports is full of stories every time. On the 9th I received an email that it will be delivered on the 12th and it never came, on the 15th I phoned customer care they promised it would be delivered that afternoon...NOTHING came. On the 18th I received email that it will come on the 22nd, now when I phone to confirm they are telling me tomorrow or Thursday and I told them last week I will not be available from the 23rd. Totalsports are *********** with this online venture. Invoice no CA***, Order no P***.
