Totalsports online- the joke of TFG

Online shopping is meant to be an easy stressfree experience. I saw a pair of Nike air max shoes at a mall in Cape Town on 27 April 2016 that I really liked and wanted to purchase. However, being a size 12, they did not have my size. That evening I found the identical pair I was looking for and in a size 12 on the Total sports online store. Great, I thought... But how wrong I was!! I ordered and paid for my new pair of shoes. Even electing to pay extra to receive the shoes by the next working day as indicate on the website. Because the order after hours, the 'next day' deliver would only be on Friday 29 April.. No problem as this was still before the long weekend. On the Friday I called in about midday just to double check that all was on track, as I had received no correspondence related to the delivery. I was told that the order was not in Cape Town yet and it was possible that the delivery would only take place on Tuesday 3 May...... Remembering that I had Trusted the indicated online option to pay extra to receive it on the Friday, made the situation extremely frustrating and disappointing.. Tuesday 3 May, I recieve the shoes only to find I WAS SENT A SIZE 13........... Not a size 12 as ordered!!!!!! This type of customer experience is completely unacceptable... And to be quite frank, Takealot.com is making TFG online look like a complete joke. I am open to proposed resolution by someone of Management within the Group. Garth
