Totalsports online rob their customers!!!

They only reason I am giving a one star rating is because I can't give less. I order rugby boots for my son on 11 November 2020, which I have never received. Eventually I was told that they went missing before they were shipped to me and that I would receive a refund. It is now the 15th of December and still no refund. 2.5 weeks ago I was told that payment was done that day and that I would receive my refund within 2-10 working days. Yet I have still have not received anything. You owe me R1039. 99 and I want it back!!!!! I myself do payments at work and know that it doesn't take 2-10 working days to make a payment. Your service is disgusting and I don't advise anyone to shop at Totalsport online. If I don't have my money back by Friday, I will take this further and report this to the consumer goods and service ombudsman!!!!
