Totalsports online is not SAFE

Totalsports online shopping can you please remove items that I did not order from my statement. So you decided to order items under my name, there is an item showing i placed order on the 12 may 2019 costing R199.95 in which i did not receive . Courier people called me for delivery arrangement and i told them not to deliver since i was not waiting for any delivery from totalsports. I refused to receive the parcel cause you have already delivered wrong order to me and I had to return to shop. I called you twice to remove your item and you are telling me that you are still investigating since 07 June till now without an update, what is it that you are investigating since I told you that your parcel is with your couriers. Didn't they just have to produce the proof that I signed when they deliver that item? PLEASE DO YOUR JOB and stop playing hide and seek games.
