Totalsports No Solidarity during the Covid-19 pandemic

I have an account with totalsports that I am currently paying off. I currently owe R2,000. My payment due date was the 1st of August with a monthly installment of R360. I was unable to pay my account on the due date because I was very sick with covid. I'm lucky that I am alive writing this review. I noticed yesterday when my credit report arrived that TFG was quickly to give me a bad report(payment missed) because I was 29 days late to pay my installment.

I paid R720 yesterday for August and September. I was never late to pay any of my installments for the past two years. I still paid my account in August so I don't know why this company is giving me a hard time. This is impacted my credit score badly. Please show some solidarity and remove the missed payment on clearscore? I have since recovered from covid and I am looking to pay off the remaining balance that I owe so I can close this account.
