Totalsports- no refund yet

I bought my husband a sandals for Valentines Day and he decided that he didn't need the sandals so I went to totalsports to get a refund And return the item. I returned the item in 2nd week of March and till date we have not received the refund into our credit card. Its been more than 7 working days since.
