Totalsports no longer sells quality

I bought my daughter a black nike tight in November 2025 on Bash (Totalsports) online and upon collecting it at Exact Westgate mall,Roodepoort there was a security tag, likely the guy via collection store removed it,just one wash by hands the black has faded and it looks old. I will never ever buy any clothing there,how do you explain this just one wash the nike tight colour has faded.
