Totalsports is unfair

Not happy with how total sports operates when it comes to exchanges. I bought on Bash for black friday other items came from sportscene others from totalfl sports. Black friday was on the 29th my order came around the 5th or 6. There is a sportscene near me so i had some items that were incorrect in size. I went in for an exchange my ckothes were changed hassle FREE AT THE BLACK FRIDAY PRICES. i then went to total sports to exchange other items and was told i nned ti pay the FULL PRICE AS I AM NOT EXCHANGING O THE SAME DAY OF THE PROMO "BLACK FRIDAY" IF my delivery came FOUR days later how was I supposed to change on the PROMO DAY!? How come total sports managed to assist me with no problem and sportscene has a problem? They called thwir manager Gugu who then said because of the "Colour" of the item ( I was changing pink nike alta and took white nike alta) how come sportscene was able to help and Totalsports could not i have proof of receipts and order number for all the exchanges only total sports protea glen had issues!? And WHERE IS THE LOGIC THAT YOU SHOULD CHANGE ON THE SAME DAY OF THE PROMOTION WHEN #BLACKFRIDAY IS A ONE DAY SPECIAL AND ONLINE PURCHASE DO NOT TAKE ONE DAY TO BE DELIVERED?
