Totalsports gives a very terrible bad service in terms of Outstanding balance.

<p>I'm not very happy how foschini group handled my query regarding my Totalsport account. I got a call from the attorneys saying that am owing them money on totalsport account and i remember paying off the account on the 02/09/2016 an amount of R1785.15 via eft at totalsport in Maponya Mall. They have handed over my account without sending any mails to my address or contact me. when i tell them that its paid off to send the slip as proof they do not listen but keep on saying am owing them R200.00 of which they fail to explain what is it for. I would like this matter to be attended urgently so that account can be be closed.</p>
