Total(sports) farce

Totalsports / Bash app does not allow you to enter a Wi code before paying. Was told that the Wi code can only be used at a retailer. Problem is the product that I’m trying to buy is only available in 2 stores in the whole Western Cape (Somerset West and Mossel Bay).

Sportsman’s Warehouse allows me to use a Wi code for online purchases so it can be done.

Bash ‘sincerely apologises for any inconvenience caused’ without actually trying to fix the situation.

Imagine driving around from shop to shop looking for stock in this day and age when the item is available online but they refuse to honour your discount code? It’s 2023 not 1995.
