I bought a backpack for my daughter and it was advertised with a pencil case and the lady that helped me swopped it out with a bag without stuffing inside and I only realized at home that there was no pencil case in the bag and I only came to fetch it yesterday after 2 weeks and they helped me without any hesitation with a smile, if only all the retail staff can be so friendly and helpful, life would be so much better, thank again for the friendly service.
