TOTALSPORTS CRESTA SUCKS

We visited TOTAL SPORTS Cresta on the 26th of December 2023. On display was UNDER Armour T-Shirts on special - Buy 1 at full price R500 and get the 2nd one 50% off.

We selected the t-shirts we wanted and arrived at the counter to pay and was informed by a very arrogant cashier that the 2nd t-shirt is not R250 but R379. When asked why, she advised it's already on sale and hence doesn't fall part of this sale. So we queried why it's with the promotional sale of 1 @ full price and the 2nd at 50%. We were told they hadn't marked the TSHIRTS correctly. When asked how are we supposed to know which TSHIRTS are available at that promotional price, we were met with a not sure. After 1 hour in the store to be confronted with this level of arrogant service and inefficiency, I am not sure Totalsports Cresta understand what is customer service or for that matter what is organization and correct labeling. What a waste of time to shop here. Not a pleasant experience and doubt I will be back there or any other Totalsports store in Cresta. If one shop has this level of inefficiency and uncaring customer attitude, it makes me wonder if the same culture is carried to other stores.
