Totalsports Cape Gate

Totalsports Cape Gate, is honestly one of the most disorganised and untidy store around. I ordered shoes on sat because they had no stock in store. Had to pay a fee to courier a pair to the store which was told it would arrive wed morning. I called wed afternoon as we had heard nothing. After phoning 8 times to even get someone to answer. Then got put from person to person as no one knew anything about it and the person I dealt with was off and I must phone back the thursday. I asked do you not have a system to follow up with clients. I then had to wait for another person to speak to. In that time a woman picked up the phone and said how can I help and I explained the situation and she just hung up the phone. 10 tries later to get someone to pick up again and still no one knew what was happening. Eventually later in the day the person I dealt with was suddenly working and said shoes had arrived. My husband went in, 8 people standing around talking and he struggled to get one person to assist. He had a voucher of R250 if you spend over R1000 rand which they couldnt get to work. After calling a manager/supervisor after 2 people didnt know how it worked, she also said she doesnt know how it works and then said he can use it another time. That is not the point of a voucher. Took them over 30 min to get the shoes through the till. Just had no clue on what they were doing. What a shocking experience and absolute run around. No system and unfriendly staff and a waste of our time. In general at most of the total sports stores you struggle to get any service out of the staff. Very disappointed!
