TOTALSPORTS CANAL WALK PRODUCT QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I trusted the total sports brand with the quality of a Nike product which hasn't even lasted me 6 months.

I purchased my most expensive soccer boot (which is also the highest priced in the TOTALSPORTS CANAL WALK BRANCH) with the hopes it would last atleast a year or more as I have purchased many other soccer boots of less quality from adidas and other brands, which lasted atleast 2 years and more.

The boot has a clear manufacturing default as it has torn in a place that it should least be happening. This happend days after the 6 month warranty has passed which is very deceptive.

Once I reviewed them on Google, the manager contacted me to buy some time and now nothing is being done or no communication is being made. I have been ghosted. This is the worst experience I have ever had in a retail store.

I would not recommend that you purchase anything pricey at TOTAL SPORTS CANAL WALK as the quality of the Nike product is pathetic. I'm R5500 down from a soccer boot in only 6 months.

I have borrowed a pair of boots to continue training in the mean time which are hurting my feet as the store manager advised me not to use my boots further. HOWEVER, NOTHING IS BEING DONE!.

Complete waste of time and money with TOTAL SPORTS CANAL WALK, as this stands I will never purchase from them again with such pathetic service and quality.

It's a shame as now the NIKE BRAND is damaged from a lack of assistance from TOTALSPORTS
