TotalSports Birch Acres Mall pathetic service

TotalSports Birch Acres Mall in Tembisa has some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The staff barely acknowledge customers, there is little to no willingness to assist, and the attitude is absolutely unacceptable.

Female staff in particular come across as extremely entitled and behave as though assisting customers is an inconvenience. You walk into the store expecting basic courtesy and instead get ignored or treated as though you are asking for a personal favour.

This is a retail store. Customer service is literally part of the job.

I left the store extremely disappointed and I will not be spending my money there again. Management seriously needs to address the attitude and professionalism of the staff at this branch.

A company cannot expect customers to remain loyal when the people representing the brand make them feel unwelcome. This type of behaviour is terrible for business and ultimately damages the reputation of the entire TFG group.
