Totalsports Bayside

Good day,

Had the worst experience at Totalsports Bayside mall, upon entering i notice these yellow 'buy 2 get 50% off' tickets positioned at various clothing racks and as someone who likes a bargain i start shopping only to find out before paying that the deals are only on footware. I then speak to the manager of the store by the name of Lance to complain as it is misleading customers and his response in a very snarky tone to me is 'its inviting' and says he is giving the instruction by Headoffice to mislead ro them in the store.

It was the worst experience dealing with a manager of any store in my life, a person who has no people skills, who is damaging the great brand of Totalsports.
