Totalsports Bayside

Good day. I would like to use this platform to submit my complaint. My husband went to Totalsport Bayside today, to buy himself a Netherlands t-shirt, after seeing on their store website that they have stock and that it's going for R249 (he even showed her the screenshot of what he saw and wanted). At the store he was assisted by a sales lady (he didn't get her name), of which she told him that they don't have stock but assured him Totalsport Canal Walk and Totalsport Cavendish do have. After asking her to contact the Canal Walk branch and ask them to keep one aside for him as he will be going there as soon as he leaves Bayside she assured him they do have enough stock. When he got to Totalsport Canal Walk, he was told that they don't have any stock of the specific t-shirt he wanted. She never even really phoned them to ask and enquire like she told him she did. Is this the service that certain staff gives your customers? Making fools out of them and sending them on a wild and unnecessary goose chase, as if my husband wouldn't have paid for it.
