Totalsports basically stole over a R1000 from us and is getting away with it.

My husband ordered a pair of shoes in July from Totalsports which was never delivered. He then cancelled his order in hopes that they would refund him, as the goods were just never delivered. We have phoned numerous times, sent emails, spoke to so many people promising to call us back, but there is still NO sign of the refund and NO ONE has ever phoned us back. Totalsports basically stole over a R1000 from us and is getting away with it. TERRIBLE service and we will NEVER buy from them online again.
