Totalsports at Eastgate Shopping Center

Absolutely terrible service from Totalsports at East Gate shopping center. It has been more than a month since I went to hand in my Huawei GT smar****ch for repairs, a watch which I might add I only bought the month prior, and still I have received no feedback from the store as to the status on my watch. When trying to contact the store, there is either no answer or the line just drops. I have contacted other stores who have gotten ahold of them and promises have been made to get back to me, but I am left still waiting.
