Totalsports are total *******!

<p>I purchased a pair of asics running shoes on black friday from the totalsports website, payment went through and my order was confirmed. The following monday they sent an email to say they have had to make a change to my order, they will refund my money because they are out of stock of the running shoe. till today 29 December 2016, which is 5 weeks later, i have not received the refund. I have made numerous calls to them to which they reply they have logged a query and will notify me with feedback. Not once did anyone call me with this feedback. The fact that my order was confirmed on the friday and they processed the payment upsets me more because now i have had to make all the effort to get my money back.</p>
