Totalsports accessories and sunglasses

Good day,

This afternoon I wanted to purchase a pair of sunglasses at the Totalsports Vaal Mall branch only to find all the sunglasses available were all filthy.

Taking a pair to the cashier I requested them to not only supply me with the price (price scratched out with black ink marker), I also requested them to give me a new pair as the pair I took to the cashier I thought was for display purposes only. The two cashiers, one female and the other male looked at eachother and explained to me they don't keep clean pairs, those on display are to be sold to the public.

I then rep**** by saying, ok, then please clean the glasses for me. Again both stuttering, took time to answer me and in their gesture I could see neither would be helpful.

I am disgusted about this very unhygienic way the store sells sunglasses as other potential customers try the sunglasses on without it being thoroughly cleaned afterwards. All the sunglasses have fingerprint stains on it and they are all filthy.

Regardless of the price I was looking for a decent pair of sunglasses but with the bad attitude from your Vaal Mall staff I am now very hesitant to go back to that store.
