Totalsport woman race

Today I went to collect my race pack for total sport women race, only to find out that there were no t/shirts, race head scarf available for participants as promised they even wanted t/shirt size when entering. I did online application long time ago, but did not receive t/shirt. Even the collection point was not specified it was just gateway mall, do you know how big gateway mall is?????? everything was so disorganized. Participants fighting for t/shirts. I think they should visit spar ladies race organizers they can learn a thing or two. Some received black t/shirts instead of pink but their theme says paint your city pink ??
