Totalsport springs mall disappointed

My wife went to buy sneakers for me and size was small. I went to change size but they couldn't help me. Only my wife can exchange the item because its her card that was used. I was disappointed as i was only changing size not taking money. I travelled 30km for nothing. If i was in Durban and the person bought me sneakers was in Gauteng i was supposed to go to Gauteng just change sneakers? They dont put customers first, they only want our money no customer service in total sports.
