Totalsport protea Glen mall poor service

Bought a phone at Totalsport protea Glen mall Novermber 2024 The phone kept on popping up messages that my phone storage is full and I must clean it. That pop up kept on making noise as well non stop couldn't use my phone

Took it back early Jan 2025 to the store, they took it in to check what's the fault and advised they will come back with response! They called back on the 10th of Jan to come collect the manager advised they are giving me a new phone it was placed in a new box I didn't check cause I trusted them. When I got home the phone the gave me had a huge crack and even put a screen protector on a new phone they said!!!

We back they told me the manager was on leave I should come Back. Went back again got the manger who was all of a sudden very rude and defensive and said I cracked the phone!!!!! I left the phone there and walked away because they were not assisting me

Mind due I use petrol to go back and forth am very disappointed and want my phone in good condition
