TotalSport LA LUCIA not refunding my money

I am extremely disappointed and quite annoyed at Totalsport La Lucia. I bought 2 pairs of goggles on the 21 January and returned it immediately after I purchased a cheaper pair from Mr Price sport. The lady at the counter said that it will take time for the money to reflect back on my credit card. I agreed as I know that it would take 3-5 working days. After that time period I realised the R629 is still not in my bank account so I went into the store to query, which they notified that it will take 10 days. The manager Yasthiel then mentioned that when he called their bank match division they said its still being processed and that I need to wait another few days. I have queried day after day about my refund and to no avail. Now the manager says I need to go to query it with MY BANK. This is absurd that I need to run around and be inconvenienced when they refuse to offer any help and witholding MY MONEY! This is not the first time that I have experienced this kind of service from the TFG group!
