Totalsport East Rand Mall

Sometimes around 8th to 10th March 2020 I bought a mtn smart T phone at Total sports East rand mall. Within 9 days the phone stopped responding. I then returned the phone to totals ports on the 17 March 2020. I was told that since is 7 day passed they need to take the phone to repair. Since It was the time of level 5 lock down I beared with totalsport and give them time to return the phone. During May 2020,i went to check the phone 3 times I was told that the phone was not received. In June I went 3 times including today 24th June 2020 the phone cannot be located. I understand that the phone is valued at R250 but the reason why I bought it was because I really needed to use it. I have had to buy another phone due to this inconvenience caused by totalsport.
