Totalsport bad customer service

3rd of March 2020,i went to Jabulani Mall Totalsport worst customer service, not mentioning the disrespect the stuff has for customers, the was no store manager to assist us customers with the complaints we had about the service we were receiving, the stuff the they don't have name tags, nor wear proper uniform, we had to wait more than 30minutes to be assured when we asked why,? what is wrong with the system a stuff member told us we can go to Sportscene if we have a problem, in a ver rude manner.
