Service delivery totally not a priority. Upon 3 visits to Mossel Bay Mall's totalsport branch I still do not know whether my application for additional card has reached Head Office for approval or not.

On our last interaction with the shop assistant , the lady didn't even knew the manager's name when I requested to see the manager. The assistants is not helpful at all, and I see now point why the assistants who went on training can't do a simple task.
