Totalsport Account (Tfg)

I opened a totalsports account last year, it approved then I went to the store to get a card but they told me that if I want to activate it I need to buy something and also it's a Must that I should also take a spray for sneakers. I told them that I don't need it, they told me that I won't get a card if I don't. So I ended up taking and it's still in my wardrobe cause I have no need for it. I paid my account fully in May. But by the end of the month I'm now owing the company, I asked the lady to check for me, they said I owe money for service fees, lost card protection and also for lot of magazines which I have never even received. So now I'm stuck I don't know what to do since they don't answer their phones, there's always a que on their calls.. So I would like to know what should in this case
