Total Sports Vincent park has not refunded my money!!!

Day 5...I'm at the store (Total Sports Vincent park)...they are still saying they don't have my money!!! I was told on the previous review that my details were given to the manager to call and sort this out, no manager called!!! The day I buy in this store again will be the day I am declared stupid!!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!!
