Total sports treated me like a **** off *******

I bought a 3G Vivo Y15s Blue Ds phone At Total sports in Shop 55 C/0 Kumalo and masakhane Mngadi Extention 1 on the 03 April 2022 when I get home same day the phone was not charging I returned to the shop on 04 April 2022 they told me to leave the phone they will call me after three to four weeks they ddnt call I went to the shop after that four weeks they gave me attitude telling me that its not their fault I should have took that phone to vivo shop even if it ddnt charge same day it's not total sports problem 🤔 but I ddnt buy the phone in vivo store I bought it at total sports they really treated me like a **** off **** on the 7th of may they told me girl just go home and stop coming here we will tell you when ur phone is fine heeee hay total sports shym they don't even want to give me my money back. And I wanted to buy Huawei and they recruited me to buy that ****en Vivo phone and now they treating me like a **** off ******* I want my ****en money back

Please they must make a plan its been a long time and I really tried to be patient with them or if not they must refund my money back I can't wait any longer now

Its been two days no update from total sports. I salute total sports what I need right now its refund I want my money, no update from area mananger nothing dololo I just want my money back !!!! A Hot warning to everyone total sports stuff they not professional they really treated me so badly I bought a phone cash the next I have to struggle I can't even do my work , online classes but I bought a phone cash I just want my ****en money
