Being an ardent Liverpool fan, I placed an order on 25 May 2021 via the online portal for two of the 2021 new kit that was advertised. Payment was made via credit card and expectation was to receive the new kit on 3 June 2021 as this is the official date for release world wide. I had the option of ordering the same kits via other online retailers at the same price. This morning, when I login to check on the status of the delivery, I find that the order has been cancelled without prior notification to me. How disappointing it is to use an online system that will only allow for purchases when stock is on hand and then have the order cancelled after having paid for the order. Nobody at the customer care center can give me any reason/s as to why this occurred and have requested for the matter to be escalated to management. I am still waiting for a response from management, however this has left a very bitter taste and I highly don't recommend anyone purchasing via the online system.
