To whom it may concern.

What a disgrace for such a well known store!

I bought my wife a sneaker and the fit was alittle tight, she then went into the store the next day to exchange the size in which they didn't have and said there is one at another branch here in Nelspruit but can't get it for her because it will take to long, my wife then asked for a refund and was shocked to hear they didn't have cash to refund her so she asked that they refund it to the card of which the cashier said she doesn't know how to do that ,while placing her order for fried chicken along with a few staff members, and the music is ridiculous in this store feels like you walking into a tavern!!!

Please get your staff trained and professional levels up, your store need alcohol then it can be a well know tavern in Riverside mall, maybe add fried chicken so your staff will have the full menu !!!
