Total sports sold me to Dmc

I had a clothing account with total sport from 2005arround 2011 I lost my job I arrange with my creditors to stop the account as I'm unemployed. That did not happen I proceeded to keep paying what I could afford at that time my arrangement was R100 for my surprise I went to store as usual they told me my account was handed at debt collectors Veriecrat and I arrange with them my initial balance was R200 only paid once and they were changed to Dmc debts collector and claiming to that I owe R3500 my credit score dropped cause of DMC no arrangement at the moment cause I owe very little amount. I requested the initial amount from total sport I will pay that my efforts failed
