Total sports service is disappointing

My phone screen was dark but I could still receive calls so I took it in for repairs at total sports. It wasn’t cracked, just a dark screen. They took it in and said they would send it for repairs at Samsung. Samsung took it in and came back and said the phone is cracked inside. They refused to fix it and sent it back. When it got back to Total Sports the phone was cracked on the outside. It is unclear if Samsung or the courier service dropped it and no one wants to take responsibility for it. Now Total sports is telling me that they can’t fix the phone and that it’s my fault but my phone was working when I brought it in, the only thing that wasn’t work was the screen.
