Total Sports Management incompetency

I am so dissapointed about the Manager of Total Sports Maponya Mall.The guy seems to have lack of knowledge about his job.I booked my cellphone for repair last year December 2024.I received a call and be told that the repair center is closed for December holidays. I went to the shop for follow up and was told that my cellphone has been collected to repair center. Since the day i went there, no communication from him. I think Total Sports needs to train their employees continuously to avoid incompetence that they show customers.
