Total Sports Galleria - Excellent customer service
This past weekend 22/01/2023 I visited Total Sports at Galleria Mall to return a Nike sneaker that I purchased online. The Nike sneaker quality was not great and within a month of using the sneaker , it started to open on each side. Long story short :) , I walked into Galleria Total Sports and I was greeted by Mlu who heard me out , he agreed that the sneaker possibly failed a QA check. He asked me to speak to Kwanele the assistant manager who was extremely helpful , within 5 minutes I was assisted and refunded accordingly. The guys made the process seamless and both of them were friendly. Well done to these guys, for excellent customer service.
