Total Sports

On Friday 29 October 2021, I went to Dobsonville mall total sports to buy a running for my 4year old son. Along the way I decided to lay by, but the cashier was so very rude. The running is R550, because I was lay buying she wanted me to buy the running for R750 including soaps and polishes, when I asked she said it is the shop's policy, as I was watching her, I began to agitate decided to just live the shop without those running.

I would honestly appreciate if the guys and ladies who work @ total sports...
Could really value their consumers and be honest with them.
I am not responsible for your daily target, but you suppose to appreciate my support as a consumer. What they do the pray on consumer weakness to meet their daily target...
And I don't like how they treat us customers. Selling us thing we don't want because they are pushing targets.
How can a sneaker for R550 be R750 when I lay by it... and they defend themselves by saying that's the store policy...

Right now I came to buy that Nike running cash, I'm 10mins early, they just ordered me to wait for 10mins for them to open and now it is 09:10 20mins has passed...
The Level of incompetence is so high as if we beg them buy in this store...
Some other things will never change, I resign coming to Dobsonville, total sports, store...
The sales personnel are rude don't have customer approach.
Now what I find out is that they don't have the shoes anymore 😡🤬while I told them to put them aside...

I payed for the shoes, but they said I should come collect them around 12:30 afternoon...
Hopefully they'll have the right size I requested.
And traveling back to that store in this situation petrol, lunchtime traffic...
I am not happy at all...

Haven't felt so small, just returned back from collecting my son's running from total sports Dobsonville mall, the service is not 100, such rude people. Can't even acknowledge when their in fault...
Wanna justify even their wrong doings...
They say their name tags were looted, lol this people...
Glade I got the sneakers, sad I have waisted my petrol and time for useless, *********** people.
I was considered as an inferior person, yet there where superior.
Yet I say god will someday answer for me...
