Total sports complaint

I bought some shoes online, I paid for them with my credit card on Sunday 9th June 2019 (Total R1.8k). I phoned to follow up with them on where my shoes are and they informed me it's cancelled due to a stock shortage. I was not informed of this stock shortage, nor have I received my money back, which I am now paying interest on, as it is a credit card. They did not offer any help or swapping of colours.
