Total Sports a very Black Friday

I purchased a pair of Sneakers on Black Friday and funds were taken immediately on purchase. Only to receive an email the next day to say sorry there was a glitch in the system and they had no stock so the transaction should not have gone through. These things happen but what i am most upset is that i need to now wait 7 to 14 working days which equates to about 3 weeks to get my money back. How many other customers money are you sitting with???
