Total sports a total disappointment

Totalsport should start looking at their policy and educate them on it, we have been Going back and Fort to total sports, to get a bigger size sneaker for my son, the one store said they don't have the size and said they could not give a refund because it was bought on sale, the other store had the size but said we have to pay in the different for same sneaker just a bigger size, we wasted petrol and our time to go to the store, I'm very disappointed in the total sports, and don't think they Will get business from us again
