Total Sport worst client service ever!

I bought an adidas running shoe that costs about R3000 without the discount. In the store the sales person said that I could return the goods if not happy. I tried the running shoe because it hurts when i use it for running, and I tried only once. It has been 2 weeks since i owned the pair of running shoes.

They escalated the matter and it has still not been sorted out. Apparently they dont take shoes back, even after 1 week. So how was i supposed to know that it will be not the right fit until i try it.
