TOTAL SPORT LIBERTY MIDLAND MALL IS JUST PATHETIC AND RUTHLESS!!!!!

I wish I could give negative stars!!!! Total Sports Liberty Midland Malls is far more pathetic than I every imagined! I purchased 2 items online, a Men's TS Dri-Tech X-Tend 9 inch Black Shorts medium and a Downshifter12 charcoal black and blue. When I purchased these items online, the shorts slip came as navy blue yet I received a black one and the shoe had a bit of defect in the front. According to the policy and also to the written stories on the slips it states that we can exchange and return at store. I when to the store today to exchange the shorts and shoes. When I returned the shorts and was taking the smaller size as required and I arrived at the counter the lady and guy who was there first said oh the slip shows the wrong one and they look at me dumb. So i said this what I got from online how it is my fault. They went on to say oh online is a different department and started to annoy me. The indian guy than decided he will give me a gift card of R70 which on their system it shoes R 70 and then I can purchase the newer one I wan. I agreed as that seem ok. Once he punched everything in he and the african lady who was assisting him made me an embarrassment in front of a long line of customers screaming and trying to make me and my husband a cake. They kept saying oh they cannot give us the item as it different code or so on it and that I must go buy it online, yet prior to this statement they said they do not have any online and when my husband said but they said it not online they both kept and started mumbling and saying they said their other branches dont have it. The name of the shorts I purchased and the name of the shorts we took in store was identical. Even the lady who helped us find it said it is the same shorts. Eventually these idiots gave me R130 back in cash and stated oh just see online for it (BY THE WAY SERVICE IS SO POOR THE LINE WAS SO LONG WE HAD TO STAND CLOSE TO 20 -30 MINUTES TO BE SERVED) . Now to the downshifter 12. We went to the back and asked the guy to get us a size 9 downshifter of the same color. He walks in the back waits a few minutes and returns and says there is no size of such. So we said give us any other color as we want to see size is right he goes back and comes back with the identical same shoe we asked for in size 9. When we said this the same shoe he said oh he didnt know as the boxes are hard to see. When my husband opened the shoe at the till he seen that it has a defect on it and the cashier said go and get another one. When he does back to the guy the guy bring a new one. Even that shoe one leg had a defect so my husband said can he give him another box and he stated they do not any mor downshifters of all colors and sizes in stock. How much lies do this staff speak? They all just ****** when it came to their color they helped so fully but when came to us Indians we get said they dont have then they eventually bring one and it the same thing.

Why does total sport have a return and exchange policy if they want to be like retards and deny the customer their rights? Ive been supporting total sports alot and this is the second time I had such a terrible experience!!!

Definitely I will never buy from them again or even recommend anyone else to purchase from them. Pathetic service pathetic customer help and over pathetic return policy.

I want to know now how do I get the shorts that I was said is online to be purchased? When I asked for the manager the first thing I was said oh "we spoke to the are manager earlier" Was that statement meant to scare me? Total sports at Liberty Midland Mall in Pietermaritzburg is just defaming the mall right now. People walked in took their items stood in the lines got fedup and walked out leaving the items behind!!
