TOTAL SPORT LA LUCIA TERRIBLE SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF

This service deserves 0 star rating as the service was pathetic and unprofessional. I first went to gateway branch to purchase a gift for my husband due to a special occasion, the sales assistant advised that la lucia total sports has stock and they will be keeping a pair aside for me I than rushed to la lucia branch and after speaking to a lady she advised me she will definitely keep the pair aside on my arrival the lady was unapologetic and unprofessional she advised that the shoe is no longer available due to a mix up. I than demanded to speak with the manager who could not resolve my issue .this is rather frustrating as the sales assistant was new as per the manager . She did not offer me a discount on any other pair and I walked out as a unhappy customer. My advise to everyone is never to trust or purchase from total sports La Lucia as they do not care about their customers. I unfortunately could not get a gift for our anniversary and i am really disappointed
