Total sport jabula I mall

I am an account holder at total sport, so last week Sunday I went to pay my account, I sow a little boy with a ball nd I thought of buying one for my son too. When I got to the busket with *****, I picked up a ball with a sale sticker on. I assumed it's the price of the ball, when I got to the counter the price was different and above what was on the sale item. The lady on the counter asked another lady by the name of Gugu to help me. Gugu told me that it is not their mistake that that sticker ended on the ball, she said it's probably the customers that put it there nd they are not responsible for it. I asked to speak to management. She said there was no one available nd walked away while I was speaking. I told her I would report this to tgf. She said I should go on and ruin her job as a black sister. I assured her that is not what I wanna do, I am only telling this because I honestly think they can do with a little workshop on customers service, thwy will chit chat while u are standing next to them like u are bothering their conversation. Not to mention being rude, rolling eyes and walking away as custemers still talking to you.. Total sport Jabulane mall is terrible
