Total sport **** customer service

I bought a liverpool in October, wore it for the 1st time last week, after washing it, there was a whole in the t-shirt, went to Totalsport Canal walk today where I bought the T-shirt , the Manager told I cant exchange it because they have a 30 day return policy, anything after 30 days cant be returned, **** customer service/policy after spending over a R1000 on the t-shirt
