Took my money but never confirm order
ORDER NUMBER - P ********** 05 I placed an order online. It took my EFT payment but is now saying awaiting payment. And the order prior whuch timed out also says awaiting payment What is going on. I called the call center thus morning spoke to Bianca and she was of no help at all said some background work must be done and I will get feedback. I heard nothing all day. How difficult is it to cancel the order if need be and reorder ?
