<p>I am really upset with Total sports at golden walk germiston. I have an issue where someone opened an Account with total sports and took things at various stores within TFG. I went to total sports Germiston golden walk to get help. When I got there they told me I needed to do an affidavit, bring copy of ID and statement. I did that and gave it to them then they wasted time looking a dispute form once they found the form, they did not want me to fill it in they told me they cannot do it since they do not have relevant receipts from those stores. Okay fine then they asked me to leave my documents with them so they can send them through to relevant parties and they gave me the customer care number to track progress. the following day I called customer care to find out if they did receive my documents they told me they did not receive the documents, so I had to start the process all over again, they gave me the dispute form to fill in and also send relevant documents I did that and I am still waiting for feedback. two days later which is today I go back to total sports at golden walk Germiston to get my documents back they told me that my personal documents are missing, what kind of service is this they do not care about our personal information that it can be a risk if found in the wrong hands and what kind of an organisation that compromises customer's information allowing ********** within the organisation to temper with our personal information. I am really frustrated. the staff at total sports golden wall germiston is very unprofessional they do not even wear name tags.</p>
