They are not treating customer fairly

I went to Eastgate Totalsports at Eastgate on Friday to buy Three Adidas Tshirt .i found one Tshirt the was no size for me the lady in the name of Mpho said she will check some other shops if she can get the size for me and she said to me she found one at Bedford centre and i can come and collect it on Saturday i send someone there to collect it on my behalf they said Mpho she on lunch and sweetness she the cashier that she was assisting me also even Sweetness she is on lunch and they do not want to disturb them .She went home ,Today during my lunch i went there again to check what is going on Sweetness said she does not know where Mpho put the Tshirt i said am on lunch she said "its fine you can go i will give you call "i waited the call from her Till 5PM I went again its when she pretending like she wanna call Mpho and i paid for that Tshirt it is not like am asking them to give for free .Again on that friday we waited for more than 30mins there was another guy said we disturbing him and he Sweetness there i a queue and there was not queue while she is helping us .It was bad indeed even now no call from Totalsport and i do not have Tshirtthat i paid from them.
