The worse services I ever got in my shopping experience.
I went to Total Sport Polokwane Mall to buy sneakers and I was told by the sales assistant that they offline I can't swipe my card. Then I went to the bank to get money unfortunately when I went back to the store they refused to help me due to their reasons. I waited at the till for 30 minutes nobody assisted me.
I then approached one of the sales associate for help. She told me that when they are offline they don't sell anything to the customers. I was do surprised that because I know each any every store have manual book or trade with SDC when they are offline.
The manager was informed about that I want to buy something but she ignored me.
